The staff at reception was helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant is simple but good.

Four days before our stay, we received a message from the owner saying there would be a surcharge of 16€ for linen for 2 people (the listing on Booking stated this was extra, but we didn't expect that much), plus 22€ for cleaning. It was an non-refundable booking so we had no choice but to pay (about 180€ total for one night!). The sofa-bed was quite uncomfortable (narrow, squeaky springs, no space on either side). My partner ended up sleeping on the bunk bed upstairs (with no sheets as we only received sheets for the double sofa bed). The stairs to the kitchen is rather steep and a bit dangerous and the kitchen equipment is basic. We were told to clean the dishes well otherwise there'd be a fine.
