La tranquillité

Le service. Personne de dispo quand on a besoin, pas d'eau chaude, oblige d'attendre, on ne nous a rien expliqué a l'arrivée pour les repas et petits dej. Carte très limité.

Pas grand chose

Distance pas de taxi ni commodités aux alentours, établissement vieillo besoin dun bon rafraîchissement et surtout piscine froide pour une suite privée... les repas laissent à desirer.

- Idyllic environment around the pool, it’s a paradise and we enjoyed so much hanging around and sunbathing - Tasty breakfast - Comfortable rooms and beds (booked the suite) - Very friendly and helpful staff, they were smiling all the time and even invited us at a birthday party in the hotel and had a great time! - It’s in a great location if you have a car or can afford taxis and if you want to relax and spend some time outside the bustling city center

- Poor internet signal in the room (almost non existent) - Hot water at bath was available only at late night and early morning - Breakfast available only after 9 which makes it impossible to have it if you’ve booked a day tour (we missed 3 out of the 5 paid breakfasts due to the limited serving time). - No dining/ lunch options around the hotel, you have to drive/ get taxi to the city center to find something to eat (hotel offers a very limited dinner menu upon order). Even though I had asked through Booking if there are restaurants in walking distance beforehand, the hotel management didn’t tell me the truth and assured me that there are. This was very disappointing. - We had trouble getting inside the hotel every time we came back. We had to call the staff to open the front door each time and one evening we had to jump the fence to get in because no one responded.

Nous avons passé quatre jours merveilleux au Riad C’était un véritable coin magique et tranquille, idéal pour se reposer loin de l’agitation. L’endroit est situé à seulement 10 minutes de la ville de Marrakech, ce qui est parfait pour profiter à la fois du calme et de la proximité du centre. Le personnel était très gentil et toujours disponible, prêt à nous aider avec le sourire. Les dames de ménage passaient tous les matins pour nettoyer la chambre, qui était toujours impeccable. La chambre elle-même était spacieuse, avec beaucoup d’espace, ce qui rendait le séjour encore plus confortable. Un vrai petit havre de paix. Nous recommandons vivement ce riad pour un séjour reposant et authentique à Marrakech !

Super Riad shéhérazade. Personnelles au top et réactive. les lieux sont très propre, petit déjeuner bien.

Le wifi est faible a la suite ou j ai séjourné, manque un sèche cheveux par exemple dans la salle de bain. Le petit dejeuner a varier.

We didn't like the place. When we saw the room, we had decided not to stay for night. The owner agreed to a free cancellation, but didn't refund our money and didn't respond to our messages and calls. We found the place gloomy and run-down.
