Brand new building and kept well and clean

Only a receptionist is there. Unfortunately his availability on the phone isn't great.

- The biggest plus point is, it's at the heart of kazhakootam and its not subjected to the noises of kazhakootam. - The rooms and toilet were neat and clean - The staff was friendly. - The room is not that big compared to other counterparts, but ok for the stay. - The room is provided with tv+stb, ac, wifi, double bed, a small wardrobe with mirror & chair, shower towel + soap. - A suggestion is to put door mats so that we wont end up in making the room dirty. Because, the NH construction is ongoing at Kazhakootam and obviously we will bring more dust and dirt. - Another suggestion is to place a display board at the NH entrance. People will go absolutely clueless on where to go from the NH (already informed the staff). The road/passage to this property is exactly opposite to Aswathy silks or its next to the Neethi medical shop. Not a big entrance, so its not that noticeable.

- Bottle water is not provided for free. We need to buy it either from the reception or from outside. Should have given it for free as others do (atleast 1 bottle). Its just a matter of less than 10 rupees for the owner per bottle, if the bottles are taken in bulk.
