The property itself was good.

The property management team is unreasonable and scammy, so NOT give your credit card details to them. They will find any excuse to deduct your security deposit. We washed and cleaned up most of the cutlery and utensils, left them on the counter to dry (as there’s no other drying rack). There was only a few items that were soaking in the sink that needed to be washed. They decided that cleaning dishes would require ADDITIONAL costs and charged us an excess of about $100. This is after we already paid $5k for the stay. NZ is beautiful but clearly their level of hospitality and service leaves a lot to be desired.

"Exceptional"

The view was amazing. The house was fantastic. The hot tub was awesome. Great layout. Quite. The outdoor fire was luxurious. I would recommend this house to all families.

Needed some mountain bike tools and a track pump.
