Super lokalizacja, estetyczne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie z pięknym widokiem z balkonu na miasto. Bardzo pomocni gospodarze. Dzięki ich uprzejmości możliwe było wcześniejsze zakwaterowanie.

Die Wohnung war grossartig und die Lage einfach top. Die Seilbahnstation und der Busbahnhof sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt waren direkt vor dem Apartment. Es war sehr zentral gelegen, mitten in der Altstadt, dennoch ruhig. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Stadt war wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit Carlos war einwandfrei und ich wurde bei der Anreise von der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Tania empfangen. Auch hat sie mir während dem Aufenthalt sofort geantwortet, wenn ich Fragen hatte. Ich kann diese wunderschöne und gemütliche Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Man muss sich nur bewusst sein, dass die Wohnung im vierten Stockwerk liegt und keinen Lift hat. Mich hat es überhaupt nicht gestört, denn wer Wert auf eine schöne Aussicht legt, muss halt ein paar Stufen mehr laufen. Vielen Dank an Carlos und Tania für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Madeira.

If you’re not one of those people who enjoy a 12 sq m overpriced hotel bedrooms, want to stay in the heart of Funchal and be able to get anywhere super easily this is your best choice. We’ve had breakfasts and dinners with wine tasting on the balcony overlooking Funchal, which warrants a 180 degree view of Funchal including both mountains and the ocean. Spectacular views, proximity to the old town and most of the great cafes, bars and restaurants. Amazing poncha at Bar Number Two nearby. Do you really want anything else? Just book it, you’ll love staying at Carlos’. He’s an incredibly pleasant professional who was able to check us in personally after a late flight in the night, kept instantaneous communication and provided solid advice on the nearby places to eat (you want to know where the locals themselves eat, not the tourists). The apartment is spacious with all the necessities you want in your own apartment, plus a lot of towels, spare blankets and beddings. There’s a brunch place nearby, a good local store a few buildings away (don’t go to the one with a red sign on the first floor of this building, it’s a tourist place that charges way more than the places where locals shop). Overall I can write a lot of good about this, but it’s better if you just see for yourself. We had an amazing stay!

Siamo due coppie in vacanza e della struttura ci è piaciuto tutto! Ci sono due camere da letto così da avere privacy, l’appartamento è molto curato, e servito di di ogni comfort (lavatrice compresa!). Poi Carlos è stato super accogliente, ci ha accolto anche a tarda notte, aiutandoci per ogni dubbio e richiesta, fornendoci una lista dei suoi ristoranti preferiti qui in zona, aiutandoci a trovare una macchina a noleggio, che è essenziale se si vuole viaggiare in autonomia e consigliandoci tanti posti belli!

Era tutto assolutamente perfetto Peccato solo che l’ascensore condominiale sia rotto, quindi ci sono quattro piani di scala da fare a piedi (piccolo dettaglio per chi magari viaggia con valigie pesanti)
