・徒歩圏内にコンビニなどがあり、別府を散策するには素晴らしい立地です。・駐車場到着後、係員に「はい」と無愛想に名簿の紙を渡された時は不安になったが、フロントの方はとても丁寧な接客で安心しました。（近年は外国人が多く英語が伝わるとは限らないので、名簿の紙を渡して指差し確認するというマニュアルになっているのかもしれません。）・貸切風呂が50分500円でした、家族でゆっくりできました。・予約の段階で一歳の子どもがいることを伝えていましたが、それに対する配慮（部屋に子ども用のハンガーや枕が準備されている、貸切風呂に子ども用の簡易ベットが準備されている）に心が温まりました。・朝食は利用していませんが、遠目から見る限り値段以上で美味しそうでした。次回は利用したいです。

・和室と窓側のスペースを区切る障子が撤去されていたので、子どもが寝てから窓側のスペースで電気を付けて過ごすことが難しかったです。・網戸がなかったので、窓を開けて換気するのを躊躇しました。・窓パッキンのカビが気になりました。・出庫する際、車にコバエがたくさん付いていました。（空気の流れが悪い場所なのでしょうか？）
