Bella Bologna

We had a really nice stay at Bella Bologna with my sister. Communication with Anna was smooth and Leonora was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and diverse and I really liked the blog about the tips. The B&B is located pretty close to the center yet in a quiet street which we appreciated a lot. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for accomodation in Bologna.

Just one thing - we stayed at room La Rossa and the mosquito net on the window was missing - that is why we could not leave the window open for night just the small window from the bathroom to get some fresh air.

Everything was great. Great communication with the host. I was given detailed instructions for check in and it went smoothly. Comfortable and good size room. Having a nice breakfast in the patio was the cherry on top.

Location perfetta, accoglienza fantastica, servizi ottimi e colazione molto buona. Raccomando questa proprietà per chi vuole essere in centro a Bologna, ma in tranquillità.

Posizione

Igiene del materasso, dei cuscini e delle lenzuola, in quanto materasso privo di coprimaterasso; cuscini con macchie gialle e federa non stirata e sporca di grasso. Anch'e i cuscini privi di copri cuscini. Presenza di muffa nella parete della doccia. Bottiglia di acqua potabile non sigillata co 2 bicchieri esposti all'aria e privi di copertura.. Televisore privo di connessione alle reti televisive ufficiali. Informata la titolare, tramite il personale, di queste mancanze riscontrate restiamo allibiti per la risposta ricevuta: " il coprimaterasso era mancante perché ancora da lavare . Esistono i copri cuscini? Io non ne sono a conoscenza. Avrebbe provveduto a fare rimuovere la muffa dal bagno il sabato 24 Maggio, peccato che io lasciavo la camera il mercoledì 21 Maggio ". Anche la tipologia delle posate non garantiva una adeguata igiene . Tramite il personale la titolare si scusava per il disagio procuratoci e proponeva il non pagamento della tassa di soggiorno di euro 24. La proposta da noi è stata rifiutata e la tassa di soggiorno è stata regolarmente pagata in quanto il disagio procuratoci non ha prezzo. Questa tipologia di soggiorno, così come si è presentata, non sarebbe stata accettata da noi nemmeno gratuitamente. Mi chiedo chi abbia titolo e dovere di controllo.

We received a warm and heartfelt welcome from Anna and her staff who were incredibly generous with their time and provided us with tips and recommendations that go far beyond what you’ll find in most guidebooks. Breakfast was excellent, with delicious homemade cakes and a wide selection that caters thoughtfully to celiac and vegan diets. We truly felt at home — highly recommended!
