pretty good in terms of location and overall aspect. facilities were more then decent. Air conditioning, tv, wifi, sower with hot water, fridge (freezer not functioning very well)

In the photos there was a espresso machine that we were very excited about but was not present in the room. Also they had a rule that they stressed: "always clean the barbeque altfer using it" but the barbeque was pretty filthy. Also there was a constant smell, I thing it came frome the sewage. Probably not their fault but still a little inconvenient.

The place is new and interesting. The room was clean and tidy. Well compartmented. The location is pretty close to the beach, which is nice :) 10-15 mins walk.

The location is near the train station and a transited road, so there was a lot of noise at certain hours, especially when we wanted to rest: morning and evening. And by a lot of noise, I want to say that it felt like the train station is in the room with us. There are no trees planted in the garden, maybe that could have blocked a bit the noise from the outer side. I would have loved to see some trees in the garden :)
