Nothing good about property only better thing is room size.. nothing else

No faciltiies, even no hot water for bath.. no room service .. cant say that its a hotel, having such price tag..

breakfast quality, there was no tea or coffee or beverage and no options for breakfast...no restaurant.

No hot water and no facility for food or beverages.

The room was spacious, neat and clean. No Air condition in the room but it was not required as the weather was pleasant.

They initially gave a room which had cigarette smell and I asked them to change it. Since it is out of the city the place looked lonely during the night.

The staff and owner are quite unhelpful and rude. Hot water is not available on demand; when I asked for it, the staff said it’s only provided at certain times. The owner claimed it should be accessible, which was confusing. I had to take a cold shower at night, and only after I complained did they offer hot water the next morning. Their check-in and check-out policies are inflexible. Even if they agree to an early check-in when rooms are available. They also require an early check-out if you checked in early, otherwise they charge extra. which was frustrating, i needed to check-out early. The hotel is in a very isolated area with no amenities nearby, and online deliveries take much longer than usual due to the location.
