The position can be an advantage if you change the windows and door to the balcony so the guests can sleep since in front there is a distraction park that opens at 20:00 and you can hear everything inside.

My wife, I and my 2 year old daughter recently stayed at Residence Rex in Chioggia. The accommodation was a disaster, completely different from what is presented on booking. When we checked in, the whole room was full of dog hair, although on booking they say they do not accept pets, and I am allergic to animal hair( i snooze and my nose is irritated ).During the entire stay we were bitten and discovered that there were fleas in the room, after we caught one, that's how we realized what bit us ( they say it was mosquitos but I cached the fleas) . In front of the accommodation there is an amusement park ( not mentioned anywhere ) that opens at 8:00 pm and there is a lot of noise all night, the apartment being very poorly soundproofed, you can hear everything from outside, you can't sleep, especially for the child. The glass chandelier is cracked and could have fallen on one of us at any time. At the end of the stay, although we left the room in better condition than we found it, we did not receive the guarantee, even if in the contract is stated that it will be refunded at the termination of the agreement ( now they say it will take 5-7 days, let's see) .And the icing on the cake is that in the end I received a message from the property with a completely different subject than renting services, in which it advertises services of a different nature and in which the Instagram and Facebook links for the other business are also attached. Worst Booking I ever had in almost 8-9 years since using this application quite frequently.

L'unica pecca: il 3°piano senza ascensore, con l'ultima rampa di scale impegnativa per chi ha problemi motori o soffre d'asma come mio marito. Ho fatto il ceck-in on line e mi era stato assegnato il 1° piano, poi è stato cambiato quando nn era più possibile annullare. Per il resto, tutto stupendo

My wife and I spent three wonderful days at this property in July and were very satisfied with our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host. A special thanks for arranging a parking spot for us — although the building doesn’t have its own parking, a space had been reserved for us at a nearby beach complex just across the road, which was extremely convenient. The apartment itself was clean, with fresh and tidy bed linen. The kitchen, though compact, was fully equipped with everything we needed. We were lucky to get a unit with a large balcony — definitely a pleasant bonus. There’s a big supermarket nearby, and a cozy pizzeria located right on the ground floor of the building. The host was always available and responsive to our questions. Thank you for the warm hospitality and excellent service!

La posizione è ottima, vicino al centro, comodo a tutto e Fronte spiaggia.

Peccato che essendo al terzo piano senza ascensore diventa faticoso con i bagagli

Csendes környék éjjel, közel a tengerpart.

46 db lépcsőn lehetett megközelíteni a második emeleti apartmanunkat,lift nincs..Ezt a leírásban jelezni kellett volna.60 felett elég szigorú lepcsozes Személyzet nincs csak emailben lehet kapcsolat a szállás adóval.Mar hajnalban büdös étel szag terjeng kilépve a lakásból mivel a földszinten egy kifőzde üzemel.A lépcsőházban nincs klíma sem ami a jó melegben tartositja az aznapi menü szagát.A check-in kissé bonyolult.Utasitasok emailben, kauciót, egyebet csak bankon keresztül lehet utalni az érkezés előtt,különben nincs kód,nincs kulcs a lakáshoz.Remelem a kauciót 50 Eur vissza is kapom.
