Foarte curat si modern, situat intr.o zona linistia, de case, la 7-10 minute de mers pe jos de metrou si de un Mega Image imens. Mesopotamia si Jerry's Pizza sunt in apropiere. Un apartament confortabil, dotat cu tot ce e nevoie, chiar si cu mai multe jocuri de societate gen Catan, Batalia Cuplurilor, multe carti, daca vreti sa cititi ceva inainte de culcare sau Netflix, daca vreti sa vedeti un film.

Ar fi utile niste draperii / jaluzele in zona de living, care este foarte bine luminata, datorita unei ferestre mari si o usa care dau afara pe terasa. Somnul celor care dorm in living poate fi afectat de prea multa lumina. Acum iarna, nu e chiar o problema , fiindca se lumineaza mai tarziu.
