Kalkan perfection! This villa exceeded all our expectations. The views from this villa are simply amazing!! Waking up to the blue waters of kalkan bay every morning was a dream. Perfectly situated for both peaceful serenity and easy access to town. We loved the pool and enjoyed the stunning sunset from the terrace.we found everything we need in this villa. A truly unforgettable stay! We will be back!

Spacious, fully equipped villa, has everything family needs for a great vacation. View from the top flors is gorgeous. Villa has a private setup, very nice) the pool is very clean. Interior of the villa is stylish. Beds are very comfortable. WiFi works properly. BBQ facilities, kitchen, washing machine - everting is absolutely great! Thank you so much! We will definitely come back! 🌟

"Kalkan is a great place for a holiday. The road to the villa very steep and quite frightening to get to it."

The property was spacious and had everything you needed.

The villa needed updating the showers were tired and needed to be replace . The villa was adequate but not luxurious.

"Lovely peaceful villa - short walk into town."

Lovely spacious villa set over four floors - the fourth being the sunny rooftop terrace with stunning views. Spacious living area and good size bedrooms. Nice pool area with some sun and some shade all day. Daily unobtrusive rubbish and pool cleaning service. Good location - quiet spot but just a short downhill walk into town - £3 to get back uphill in a cab (readily available in town).

Lack of oven shelves so when we did cook in we had to improvise.

The pool was nice The house keeper was really quick to deal with the problems we had with the safe and air con in one room. The bins were emptied regularly

No basics left eg hand soap , cleaning spray and cloths for kitchen - the hand soap dispensers were all empty It would have been nice to have had a top sheet under the blanket provided on the beds The top floor door lock did not work
