Location , Quietness

Upon checking in Apartment smelled Musty Toilet Not flushing not toilet paper or soap provided; shower head Not staying in place neither Shower control was working; Kitchen very filthy and molds and ants crawling! When turned on faucet the water leaked all over the floor ; Arturo / Manager was Notified of the issues must Urgently addressed however arrived Next Day after sending multiple texts to fix it

"Comfortable and well equipped appartment, but response time for resolving problems need improvement"

The Condominio was very well equipped, especially the kitchen had all domestic appliances for comfortable stay. We enjoyed also the very low noise emission of the air condition devices.

Response time to resolve maintenance issues such as cleaning of drain filters in the bath room and repair of elevator was not acceptable. Initial rejection of payment with credit card was annoying.
