Property Notes

Only children over the age of 16 are allowed in the property. The property reserves the right to cancel any reservation made for 4 or more rooms, or more than 9 total guests, according to our group policy. Individual reservations done under the same person will be categorized as group reservations as well. For payments made with a Credit Card, an additional 3% will be charged and if it is with Paypal an additional 5%. Reception is open from 7:30am - 10:00pm local time. If your arrival is later than 10pm please the property, as they will be happy to assist late check in on request. Also If your arrival time is after 5:30pm and you want to join us for our family dinner, please contact the property to send you the menu options, since they take orders until 5:30pm to serve dinner at 7:30pm. A deposit may be required at the property.

La parte de la piscina, el restaurante muy interesante las actividades que hacen y la vista fue lo mejor además el personal estuvo bien

La parte de la construcción que me dijeron hasta que ya la reserva se aplicó con el rebajo

La vue et le cadre sont très beau, et la nourriture est très bonne!

Il y a des travaux en ce moment donc difficile de se reposer. Il n'y a pas de cuisine donc obliger de manger sur place dans la mesure ou il n'y a rien sur l'île. Les dortoirs sentent l'urine. Peut être que les chambres privées valent le coup mais pour les dortoirs bof, c'est cher pour ce que c'est.

"A beautiful place with the most kind staff ever."

Loved the staff, they were so nice . I also loved the food, best brownie ever. The area was relaxing and beautiful. Felt very safe walking the area. I really liked how the staff got everyone to be included in all activities. Would go there again.

I didnt like the construction noise all day , but I know its going to be a great addition. I also didnt like all the steps, but I( know there is not much you can do about it except maybe more ramps.

A great location! An excellent staff. I fully recommend it for solo travelers because they organize many activities so you can meet new people. And they have the best pancakes in the world, I really love it!

"Naturaleza en estado puro."

Las vistas y la naturaleza que lo rodea. La habitación muy cómoda y bonita. La comida y bebida genial relación calidad -precio.

Que está en obras y quieras o no hay ruido todo el día. Hubiera estado bien que lo indicaran en la descripción antes de reservar para poder decidir. A cualquier sitio que quieras ir fuera del hotel tiene que ser en barca y es un gasto extra.
