Takayama Ouan

My partner and I absolutely loved staying at this place! We were so happy we were able to use the private onsens as we have tattoos but the staff were more than helpful with everything. The onsens were amazing!! Definitely my favourite part of the hotel! They had a free ramen service which was so nice and they really looked after us. The room was nice and comfortable and I loved that the parking was onsite and that you could leave your car until 12pm the day you leave as well! The location was awesome; so easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. Finally the staff were so kind and gave us lots of recommendations for places to see and places to eat. We ended up having the best soba ever thanks to their recommendation :)

Solo me gusto la cercania a la estación

NO OS ALOJEIS AQUI. Reservamos 2 noches con desayuno incluido y al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que no lo teniamos incluido. La comunicación fue francamente dificil ya que no hablan bien inglés y aunque enseñé mi reserva y los comprobantes de pago no hubo manera de que me incluyeran el desayuno que insisto YA HABIA PAGADO. Encima querian que lo volvieramos a comprar. 2 empleados diferentes nos dieron explicaciones diferentes por lo que nos hemos sentido estafados y he procedido a reclamar en Booking. Jamas me habia pasado algo asi en ningún hotel. A parte las instalaciones estan muy descuidadas, habia desperfectos en los muebles, nos encontramos varios insectos en la habitación y el onsen olia muy mal y el agua turbia. Jamas nos quedaríamos alli mas, hay hoteles mejores por el mismo precio.
