Hotel Bazzoni

la posizione dell'hotel, il personale che è estremamente premuroso e gentile, la prima colazione che è varia e buona, soprattutto la location per farla che è una splendida terrazza con vista lago. Great!

L'ascensore troppo piccolo e datato per un hotel così grande. Purtroppo, il secondo ascensore era anche fuori servizio.

Tout le reste… le personnel est désagréable les chambres et le mobilier sont vétustes bref à fuir…surtout au vu de prix pratiqués honteux!

the view and the cleanliness. also right by the ferry and very walkable to all of the town. I felt safe. I did get engaged on the balcony which made the whole experience so much better.

we didn’t make it until 4:15 due to high ferry traffic from Varenna. It was my birthday and I was excited to swim. They told me the pool closes at 6pm and didn’t open until 10am (checkout time). By the time I got something to eat, I didn’t get to swim. They also said if i wanted to swim, i would have to purchase my own towel. Additionally, I paid extra for the breakfast and everything was very bad. Not sure how that was possible. The omelette cooked in front of me was terrible. There was only 1 outlet in the room. The AC unit was in there but didn’t work so we were hot all night. The shower was made for one tiny person and the doors kept falling off. Very tacky for the price.
