The location is excellent! right on the lake and next to the docking station, which made getting around super easy. Restaurant n26 is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is outstanding, and the whole experience feels like dining at a 3-star Michelin restaurant.

Parking. As far as I'm aware, there's no hotel parking — I did notice 2 spots out front, but I'm not sure if they were reserved. There's paid parking in front of the hotel and a bit more before and after, but it's quite far. That said, this seems to be a general issue with the location rather than a problem specific to this hotel. Next time I'd probably park in Como and take the ferry to Tremezzo, since I didn't end up using the car anyway.

The Room was Lake facing and very big and comfortable for the three of us. Very close to the bus stop and ferry station. Loads of good restaurants around. The break fast was alright

The Breakfast place should have lift access to help the elderly travellers

Hôtel très bien entretenu avec un service ultra-professionnel. À cause de travaux sur la terrasse de ma chambre initiale, l'équipe m'a immédiatement changé de chambre et m'a surclassé, transformant un petit désagrément en une expérience encore meilleure. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
