Madragoa Modern Apartments

Extremely negative experience. We stayed at this property in Lisbon, in the Madragoa area, with a school group between the end of April and the beginning of May. The apartments were in very different conditions compared to the photos shown on Booking.com. We found visible dirt, stains on floors, rugs, linen and mattresses, as well as clear signs of humidity and mould on walls, skirting boards and ceilings. We immediately reported the situation to the property management, but we were told that these were normal conditions for apartments in that area, or simply old rugs and walls affected by humidity. We were also told that cleaning had been carried out, but in reality the situation did not improve in any meaningful way. Considering that this was a school group, we found the apartments unsuitable from a hygiene and safety point of view. As a result, we were forced to move the entire group to another accommodation, causing significant organisational and financial inconvenience. We absolutely do not recommend this property, especially for groups, families, students or organised stays. The online photos did not reflect the real condition of the apartments upon arrival.

Location, big space, proper kitchen, outdoor garden.

Not clean, the smell and sinks are not draining water.

the location is perfect and easy to walk places, the instructions were simple and it was on the first floor, very spacious and two bathrooms. There’s a fan and a heater, kitchen was fully equipped

the bathroom doors we difficult to maneuver and they were always somewhat open, very moist inside, if you have asthma stay away or you won’t be able to sleep.
