Ottima posizione e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Dopo aver richiesto la possibilità di anticipare il check-in, visto l’edificio mi sembrava difficile che non avessero disponibilità infatti per anticipare chiedevano cifra spropositata, in più la camera ci è stata data con anche un po’ di ritardo… non mi era mai successo.. ragazzi alla reception un po’ troppo furbi, “pareva si prendessero gioco della situazione”.

The room and bathroom were spacious and very nice. The mattress has good quality. Everything was clean and in excellent shape. The location is excellent as it is close to Palacio de Bellas Artes and other places of interest. I would recommend this place!

My only feedback is regarding the parking. Although it says that has a parking space, you have to pay for it and this was not in the main information section of the listing description.

La amabilidad del personal y lo cómodo de las habitaciones.

Ignoro si sea un error de la plataforma de Booking o del hotel, pero no se me respetó el precio estipulado en la app de Booking, al final, terminé pagando CASI EL DOBLE, de lo que Booking me indicaba; les sugiero a los usuarios de la plataforma, que tengan mucho cuidado. Golpes quitan tonteras, y me basaré en esta mala experiencia, para tener cuidado en la siguiente ocasión que requiera reservar.
