The tables, shelves and the dishes left were dirty. When we entered the room, the was a stink of something rotten. But an even worse stink is in the bathroom — I suppose it is because many surfaces are moldy. The water tap in the kitchen was not working — so we cannot wash the plates. The electric stove is not working properly — it is not even enough to boil the water. The cooking plates are dirty and it starts stinking when they are turned on. The washing machine is dirty and moldy.

Good location, resonable value for the money paid ( max 40 €per night). The bed is comfortable and the sound is pretty isolated. Spacious room.

The apartment needs curtains, intimacy is important. Found some intimate lingerie also, but the despite this, the apartment was pretty clean.

Great location. Street parking available. Easy to find the entrance key with the pictures sent by the owner. Slept well!

It was clean, the communication with the assistant was fast and pleasant. At first we didn’t have some cooking tools but the owner solved this issue quickly

We had a great stay in this apartment. The location is excellent for exploring the city, and the apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, there was no tea kettle for making tea or coffee

The Wi-Fi was good. The apartment is about halfway between two metro stations which was convenient. The main room is a good size, there is plenty of hot water and there is a superb Mexican restaurant next door to the block the apartment is in. The washing machine worked well and was very useful. The self check in was easy and trouble free. The air conditioning worked well.

Quite a few let downs unfortunately. First, there is no privacy as there are no curtains! The red curtains shown in the photos on Booking.com are not there. The shutters don’t work and the net curtains are too small to cover the windows! The windows are directly opposite and quite close to windows of other apartments and the stairwell of an adjacent block, so everyone can look in to watch you in bed or getting dressed! Second, the kitchen. There is no cutlery at all! Not sure how you are supposed to eat without any knives, forks or spoons! There is one very small pan to use on the little hot plate (if you dare!) and the fridge is an absolute state - dirty and shelves seem to be falling out Third, the bedding. There was just a single duvet on the double bed??? What is that all about??? Fourth, the bathroom- the ceiling light does not work, so you only have the tiny light above the mirror and the bath tub looks rather grotty (although it is probably just age rather than actual dirt). Sadly it was a bit of a disappointment as it could be a nice apartment but needs a bit of maintenance.

There is a lightbulb in the kitchen that cannot be switched off. Nothing major, it’s just a bit annoying
