Great central location - easy walking to the centre. Very clean and all facilities available as described. Parking on site was appreciated.

Good location (10 minutes on foot to the city center), spacious apartment with an elevator and parking. Pets are welcome.

The air conditioner (the only source of heating and cooling) is located in the living room. To heat or cool the entire apartment, you need to open all the doors and wait 3-5 hours. This means the three separate rooms are conditional—doors must stay open; otherwise, there will be neither heat nor cold. The mattress in the bedroom with the double bed is so old that it’s impossible to sleep on it. But that’s not all—the bed linen is 100% polyester! In the 21st century! That’s disgusting. A very uncomfortable apartment.

Super clean and nice apartment, with comfortable beds and everything you need! We liked it very much. And the host was very friendly and cooperative. We will definitely visit it again when coming to Nis!

really nice apartment really close to the city center. restaurants, stores just around the corner. everything was clean, the bed was comfy and the night was quiet. we recommend the place.
