"Great location but low quality furnishings and cold showers"

Location very near centre of the city. Paid parking directly outside

This was a bed and breakfast only with limited choice. The hot water system failed twice overnight and with no staff at the property this took time to fix - after I had to got to work. The furniture was baseline IKEA with a thin mattress and poor pillows. No tv in the room. Bathroom was of a low level domestic type. The owner did not provide details for access prior to arrival and no real check out information either. This property could be so much better if furnishings were improved and there was a better focus on the customer.
