Reception staff

After you paid, you were a number. Room had 3 broken lights, and A/C didn't work properly. Gave me another room, which is the correct thing to do. If they had done correct preventative maintenance, my first room should have guest compliant. The cleaning staff and supervisor need a swift kick.
