Riad Belharra

De Riad is prachtig en heel mooi ingericht tot in de kleinste details. We werden heel goed onthaald door Ossama. De communicatie met Sylvie verloopt heel vlot. De ligging is schitterend om Marrakech te voet te bezoeken.

Le riad est magnifique, spacieux et impeccablement propre. Nous avons été très bien accueillies, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité. L’espace est agréable et décoré avec goût, idéal pour un séjour en groupe.

Nous avons été un peu gênées par certains points : – L’agent de sécurité entre et sort librement dans le riad, ce qui nous a donné une impression de manque d’intimité, surtout en tant que groupe de 6 filles. – La propriétaire a été très présente par messages, parfois de manière un peu insistante, ce qui peut nuire à la tranquillité du séjour. – Enfin, le riad est situé dans une ruelle de la médina qui peut sembler peu engageante, notamment en soirée.

The Riad was exactly like the photos and even better in real life. Luxurious and clean. Sylvie (the host) was excellent with regards to pre arrival information and any questions. Ousama, the concierge, was a fabulous cook (we pre-ordered an in-house meal), and an all round really helpful guy. He helped us book taxis / contact our Hamman when we were running late.

That we had to go home!

This is a really special Riad and decorated very classily with wonderful design and furniture. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and Oussama was a perfect host. The communication from the hosts (Sylvie) throughout was first class and the concierge (Charlotte) went out of her way to try to help us with bookings. The 2 pools were amazing and a rare find. Overall perfection.

Nothing about the place. However, if your sensitive to the lo loud music, there is a bar next to the place

The pictures don’t do it justice as this place is gorgeous!! It had every facility you could look for. The location is also convenient.

It’s in the souks, so you have to go through an alley way to get there which can be smelly and a tad scary especially at night time, but for the most part it’s fine! The staff are lovely, although we found they do tend to stay in the riad most of the day doing their own thing - we were out for most of the trip so it wasn’t a problem, but there was a day where we decided to stay in the riad and having staff there did feel abit like baby sitting.
