Bar was nice but too much of mosquitoes and there was no arrangement to remove it.
INThey Guy Sanjay/Sanjib was trying to help us in all directions. But unfortunately he felt to do so due to lack of management support. The Manager was not friendly in talking while he was asking for the broken glass charge.
The Room(107) Door was not working. Though I have informed them several time it was not fixed, Due to this suddenly door was goin to close where I also hearted and my kids to save me she broken a glass. For the glass resort was asking us to pay, unfortunately due to this door issue it could be lead to a major issue. They forced to have Gala dinner, they dont want to give the other options for dinner in the restaurant, it was ridiculous from the resort side.
INEven though the property was good, our stay was hampered because of twin bed. Our room was supposed to have one large bed as mentioned while booking but they didn’t provide it.

The waiting time in the restaurant is too much, they take approx 1 hour to prepare the food. So be very cautious with the timings.
