The location is amazing, close to the river, the port and some beautiful trails. Our dogs love the yard. The house met all our expectations and was very comfortable.

"Fabulous stay at the Boathouse."

Tha location was great, proximity to the river. Great facilities, dishwasher, washing machine, inside braai, games, security, parking. André was an amazing host, gave us lots of information well in advance. Always following up on our stay without being intrusive.

Sleeping arrangements for 6 people upstairs only, only 1 bathroom for 6.

We had an incredible weekend at The Boathouse! The house is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The highlight for us was the fantastic bonfire spot, where we enjoyed a memorable evening under the stars. Excellent braai facility, very spacious safe accommodation. Everything you need is there no need to take anything just yourself.

No bathroom on top floor. Staircase not for elderly.

Beautiful location and amazing house with everything you need and more for a self catering stay including extras to make life easier with a 'home away from home' feel. The owner is EXTREMELY friendly, accommodating and helpful. Very comfortable beds and ample extra blankets, towels ect

Beautiful house for 1 family (or friends/family that you are close with), living area lovely and large but can be challenging with only 1 indoor bathroom/shower and large open plan loft that is split into 2 sides. We had no issue with this as the people we traveled with are very close friends.
