GBDelightful and peaceful property in the foothills of the mountains. Spacious and clean. Lovely views of woods and mountains. Fabulous private pool, well kept garden and terraced outdoor dining area. Convenient to have a dishwasher and washing machine plus 2 bathrooms. Immaculately clean. Lovely host Carla who handed over the keys at the property, good communication pre arrival. 10 minute drive to the town which had a Conad supermarket, several restaurants and cafes, fruit and veg shops etc. Definitely need a hire car to stay here. About 35-40 minutes drive from Pisa airport. The AutoStrade made travel easy to the coast (furthest coastal village we drove to was Porto Venere) and there is a train station 20-25 minute drive to travel to Florence for approx 14-18€ return pp. Note: Linen and towels can be provided at additional cost. This is handy to arrange if travelling from UK by plane. Hope to return in next couple of years.
