Dom znajduje się bezpośrednio przy plaży z wypożyczalnią sprzętu wodnego. Cisza i spokój przy jeziorze gwarantuje odpoczynek. Dobre miejsce dla grupy 9 osobowej, choć jedna łazienka może nie wystarczyć.

Dom ma już swoje lata i niestety jest bardzo zaniedbany z zewnątrz - zarośnięte krzakami wejście, brudne okna, brak ogrodzenia to tylko niektóre wady tego miejsca. Brak wyjścia na taras z salonu, a zamiast tarasu zniszczone betonowe schody psują cały widok na jezioro. W tej cenie właściciel powinien lepiej zadbać o otoczenie i przynajmniej wyczyścić grilla. Wewnątrz domu czas się zatrzymał jakieś 15 lat temu a największym mankamentem był ogromny telewizor którego nawet nie dało się połączyć do prądu (brak przedłużacza i anteny). Kuchenka mikrofalowa również wymagała każdorazowo przestawiana bliżej gniazdka. Brak internetu to również duży minus w dzisiejszych czasach.
