5min walk from the airport - great option if you arrive late or fly out early in the morning. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast is ok.

Friendliness of the staff, particularly at front desk. I arrived just before 7 am and they had an available room, which was very nice of them, I do appreciate it.

Although the room was nice, the heat is very low, contrary to other Uzbek hotels I have stayed where even the floors are heated, Ratmina does not provide with warm rooms to cope with the roughness of the cold winter. I turned on the AC to mid 20s and after an hour or so, the room felt comfortable. I kindly ask Ratmina to look into the hotel's heating system to make it more comfortable.

"very comfy hotel walking distance from the airport"

great hotel if you have an early flight out (it's literally 5 minutes walking from the airport). nice breakfast, friendly staff, quiet neighbourhood (a surprise considering the nearby airport)
