Wonderful neighborhood for walks. Felt very safe. Laurelhurst Park is right across the street and it is a wonderful space. Even though the house is near a busy street I did not experience any street noise; slept very well. Plenty of street parking near the house. Appreciated the extra amenities - make-up removal pads, oatmeal packs, etc.

Nice to have a kitchenette but very disappointed that there was no cream for coffee until the third day. I noted that the half and half was bad and new creamers were not provided for the next day. Would be nice if there was a trash can in the bedroom/sitting area as well as in the bathroom. No restaurants or coffee houses within a short walk but I knew that. Plenty of options 4-6 minute drive away. If you want to walk out the door and find a coffee place within a few blocks, this area would not work.

THe only complaint I have was that the bedsheets smelled strongly of detergent. Everything was really clean, just didn't like the smell of the detergent. Would recommend not using anything scented. E bikes were there, but no instructions on availability of them.

This location is perfect- on a charming street, close to everything. The studio was decorated in such a charming way, - we enjoyed it so much!! It felt super relaxing. Everything we needed was there, even thoughtful touches with coffee, tea, and oatmeal provided for our stay. We just loved this place!!

Cannot think of anything we didn’t like!

Door codes didn’t work and after speaking with the owner he said to my face he would offer us a refund even though the cancellation policy said otherwise which was so nice. We had a family emergency and needed to stay elsewhere but turns out were promised something then ghosted on a response with no refund. So lame.

Great quiet location. Clean rooms

No AC system, though typically not needed for the area. We stayed during a heat wave, but only mid day was the room a little uncomfortable. By night it was perfect.
