Casa Graziusa

The house is very spacious, full of natural light, well equipped, public transportation nearby and a lot of parking space outside if One have a car. The hosts are very friendly and always ready to Help with anything you need.

The apartment area is specially good if you have a car, otherwise it is a bit far away from the center of Palermo.

We had a great experience in Casa Graziusa. The apartment is clean in decorated in a traditional Sicilian style. The owners are very weloming and nice. They went out of their way to give us tips, recomend places to visit and have made our time in Palermo truly great.

location very convenient if you have a rental car : close to the city center, yet very easy to park nearby for free. that’s an important aspect as it can be very hard to park directly in the city center. there is a large public car park less than 100m from the apartment, but we even easily found parking spaces just opposite the apartment so we could see the car from the apartment windows. there are 2 gas stations nearby. besides there is a small grocery shop just nearby (less than 100m) that sells delicious local fruit and veg. we also saw a bakery a little further in the opposite direction. apartment very clean and well serviced: we had everything we needed (kitchenware, amenities for the shower etc), the beds are large and comfortable, most of the equipment is new as well as the mattresses. host was pleasant and helpful. all in all very convenient for a family of 4 traveling to Palermo with a rental car.

the area around the apartment is not charming in itself, but it’s not « dodgy » at all and as mentioned above it’s very convenient if you’re driving as it’s close to the city center without the struggles of having to find a parking space near the apartment. if it was in a more charming location it would definitely be more expensive for the same quality. we personally had no problem with that at all, but worth mentioning that it’s on the 2nd floor without a lift in case you are traveling with people with mobility restrictions.
