Poor internet connection

I'd missed the fact that the boat had aircon, so approached with trepidation. Was blessed relief given the soaring temperatures ~33C. The location - at the very end of pier - is excellent. We didn't quite have the view from the pictures, since a large yacht was parked on the adjacent jetty, but still great. The boat itself was superb - plenty of space for all of us (two adults, teens aged 17, 14) with the upper deck effectively being an extra floor (guess could be quite limiting in poor weather). Shower strong and no hot water limit. Hot tub (turned cold tub due to heat) very relaxing. Nice bench on back deck behind master bedroom to watch the marina world go by with a relaxing coffee each morning. Walking distance to main beach (concrete) area, plus nearby campsite and Forma Viva up the hill. Longer walk, or short drive to beautiful Piran.

These aren't 'faults' but to be aware. Given the prime location at pier end, it's a 10min+ walk to get to restaurants, since you need to circuit the marina to get out. Not a problem, but in extreme heat we experienced something to consider. Exception being Wakanda bar which is ~50 steps away, but only for drinks. There seems to be a lot of marina staff, but priorities skewed. Example - a leaf blowing chap would come out each day and blow leaves off payments, however, the recycle/other bins were overflowing - a bit of 'style over substance' there.

Everything was perfect! Owner is very attentive and nice. I felt like a guest in some our friend's home🙂

Not enough toilet paper

The location is the best on marina, offering breathtaking views of the sea and town of Portoroz, and just a few min walk from the bay where you can swim. The house boat has all you need for a relaxing stay, including a hot tab.

Everything. Perfect location in the Marina. Very clean and comfortable.

Nothing

Marina Portoroz has everything you need for relaxation. Clean, well maintained. Catering units offer quality. Bellavista is the best located houseboat, beautifully kept, well equipped. Helpful owner.
