Beautiful view of the sea and sunrise - it was indeed a short walk to the beach (although the beach here is in Phase 2, which is not as developed as Phase 1 with nicer beaches). It's spacious for 3 of us, we really appreciated the kitchen, living room and balcony for chilling and hanging out. There's also a minimart just downstairs, except that their opening hours are not very consistent so sometimes it's closed when we needed stuff. Not many restaurants nearby (most are in Phase 1) but it's a short walk over the bridge to the start of Phase 1 where there are some restaurants. Comfortable rooms, beds and pillows -- we slept pretty well, for the 6 nights we stayed. Thankfully, the host had shared with me an employee's contact which helped whenever we needed something. They provided 1x room cleaning for entire duration of our 6-night stay.

Did not meet expectations for the price we paid - while we didn't pay for luxury, it's not the cheapest option. We arrived late at night, and thankfully I had gotten in touch with the host earlier on, who connected me to an employee who helped to check us in and showed us around the room. He said we were allocated a unit on the 2nd floor because we arrived so late - this sounded a little iffy to us because we made our reservation so many months ago! But fine, can't argue with that. The unit came with cutlery, pots & pans, soap etc so that's very useful. However, the washing machine was a little gross - wasn't cleaned or well maintained. The shower drainage in BOTH toilets were clogged, after every shower, we had to wait 15-20min for it to drain (and there's still a musty smell). We told the employee about the issue, he came and cleared it the next morning saying it's fixed, but it was temporary and we had to deal with the "flooding" every shower. In one toilet, the heater was spoilt. When I mentioned it, he said the electrician had been contacted, but nobody came by to fix it. We stayed for 6 nights - so every shower I took, I had to deal with a flooded toilet AND shower with only cold water (no matter how early or late). When we first arrived, there was 1 roll of toilet paper only in 1 toilet. The other toilet had no toilet paper and there was no extra stock. We also had to wait another full day before supplies came. There were also some mosquitoes in the apt - but they provided the electric swatter so that helped. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, but certainly did not meet our expectations for the price we paid.

We only stayed for about 7 hours, so not much more needed than a good bed. Kitchen was a bit sparse if you went to prepare your own food.

Communication prior to check in was almost non-existent. We landed around 10pm and I wrote several times to check if this was ok, never actually receiving a response. Not what I expected and not wanted when arriving internationally late at night.

Everything perfect, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Malé :)

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen, Restaurants und Co 10 Minuten Fußweg. Saubere Wohnung mit schönem Blick. Der Check-In war sehr einfach und das Apartment ist sehr modern.

Um die Wohnung herum ist nicht wirklich viel.
