Location location location! Condo located right downtown very safe area not too noisy Roof top patio, lots of restaurants around You got what you pay for Honest place.

The room was not effectively cleaned. There was food residue on plates, utensils, and prep areas. Sheets and towels had signs of dirt. The bathrooms were not a lot better. The owner insisted it had been cleaned, but it was poorly done if so. The pool photos fail to show many missing tiles and the spa is unheated. The unit differed significantly from photos. No washer/drier on site. It was sort of 2 bedrooms - the sitting area near the dining area had been converted with some walls that went up 7' or so to section it off as a bedroom. I cannot recommend this place to others.

Towels were dirty with stains as well as the bedding. There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, we had to close the bathroom door to try to help with the smell.

Nunca pude establecer comunicación con la propiedad, no te dan instrucciones hasta el día y hora del check in dejándote completamente a ciegas. Al llegar no había nadie en recepción, los números y correos no funcionan. La propiedad estaba sucia, los muebles de mala calidad, una silla rota, el sofá roto, la chapa de la entrada rota por lo que demoraba 10 min en abrir. El peor alojamiento en el que me he quedado …

The apartment itself was excellent. Beds were comfortable, apartment was spacious and fit our family of 5 well, location was great - a half block to 5th Ave and a 5-10 munute walk to beaches. Overpriced food galore on 5th, but get off the strip and affordable and great food to be found. Now the cons. Check in and communication was a mess. No email confirmations or communications whatsoever from the host - eventually after waiting for 30 minutes at the front door, a person arrived, and after many phone calls and texts, she eventually found our room number and we were able to finally feel like we arrived. Hot water on demand was turned off, so no hot water until i realized this and turned it back on. No housekeeping, few towels, not enough blankets. As a whole, once checked in and settled, an enjoyable experience, but the check in chaos definately left a bitter taste in our mouths.

Room needed additional cleaning, very loud at night.

No se da lo wietse ofrece y jamas respondio ña administración nada de nuestras peticiones, el peor lugar donde me he hospedado, pésimo, terrible

me entregaron un departamento sin las características que había reservado, no tenían internet y jamás me contestaron para darme respuesta, en recepción no pudieron ayudarme y hasta la fecha no han sido para darme una solución, me quede deseando mucho de ese lugar
