Olemayian Amboseli Cottages

Estuvimos dos noches en Olemayan. La atención de Levy, David y sus compañeras fue excelente. Respondieron a todas nuestros peticiones. Las zonas comunes son pequeñas pero muy acogedoras. Las comidas en el alojamiento son 15 dólares y están muy buenas. Se puede reservar transporte con ellos desde la estación de Emali y también el safari en Amboseli. A nosotras, el safari nos costó 270 dólares (+entradas del parque). El camp está a menos de 30 minutos de la puerta de Kimana del parque. La tienda grande en la que dormimos era cómoda y estaba limpia. Tenía dos colchones cómodos.

El lavabo estaba limpio pero no tenía pila para lavarse las manos o los dientes. Funcionan con energía solar de modo que la electricidad se corta alrededor de las 8pm. Esto hace que no tengan agua caliente, pero pueden hervir agua para ti si lo pides.

环境优美，原生态，很喜欢这个小木屋。太阳能发电，晚上可能会没电，但安安静静的听着动物的声音休息，真是回归自然的感觉。退房后我们要去kimana长途车站，坐车去内罗毕。酒店小哥开车带我们去的，还很nice的帮我们买了票，并且等着车来了帮我们搬完行李才离开，太感谢了！

This is a relatively new small camp with a small team of staff that go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. As a camp that is close to Amboseli, it is one of the more affordable ones. It has a familial feel and a gorgeous view of Kilimanjaro (if the clouds happen to shift). The food was delicious and there is hardly anything they can’t organize. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would come again.

If I have to be nitpicking, in some cases communication regarding prices could have been clearer, which is relevant if you travel on a small budget. Otherwise, no complaints.

The accommodation is very cozy and it's respectful towards the environment. It's super calm and you have the view of the Kilimandscharo. David, Silvia and Levi are incredible hosts and will give you a lot of information about the massai culture. Also don't hesitate to ask them for organizing a safari for you which they did for us and we had an amazing guide

the food options were diverse and we loved every meal. we enjoyed the serenity of being out in the wild and waking up to a perfect view of mt.kilimanjaro

We are so glad that after a long search for the right accommodation in Amboseli we found Olemayian. Levi, David and Silvia are wonderful hosts and made sure we had a really great stay. The Kenyan food David cooked was fantastic and we were able to learn about the area and the Masai people who live there. The tour with John, our tour guide, was just amazing. We would love to come back and can 100% recommend the accommodation with its beautiful cottages.
