Breakfast could be better

The location was on point and quiet and peaceful

The pricing of the property was unfair for the facilities they were providing. No kettles in the room, no view from the room. The breakfast spread was limited and the yes the boat was vintage as an upgrade from the manager but the boat I paid for was basic for the price I was charged. Also when booking the divisions of premium/vintage/ whatever other categories the manager spoke were not clear. For pricing of 9-10k per night I expect better facilities and maintenance of the property. The faucet in the bathroom almost falling out.

The house boat has a nice look with good decor and furnishings and comfortable beds

The staff was inefficient, lazy, unproductive and not trained to handle tourists. They did not respect the guests time and requests in timely manner. The food was substandard. Even though they were courteous but they either did not have training or resources to take care of guests. There were cobwebs in our room which we showed the staff

The staff was very prompt and helpful. The houseboat was beautiful and very comfortable.

The shikara partnered with the houseboat had a very aggressive approach to making money from the residents, trying to charge double the amount for a ride.

Located at the serene Nigeen Lake, the luxurious upper deck was a delight to stay one night. Provides you complete privacy, the view and the ambience of the upper deck is stunning. Staff was lovely and courteous. Suhail (the owner) went above and beyond to help ensure the stay was comfortable. Will advice to do the sunset dal like Shikha ride. Worth it!

The lower deck rooms need work. The upholstery and the linen were dirty though when asked to change the staff did so promptly. The upper deck bathroom had a leak
