"Disappointing"

On power failure, they haven't provide the generator. Hot water not available till the morning. after requesting they have switch on the water heater circuit by payment basis. But we don't pay

Location

The staff are very arrogant, I booked one room and they provided another room saying this is the one and the room which looks in application is not the same we give. Fan not working no proper service. Not friendly they will say no for whatever you ask for the basic services.
