location

You can LITERALLY smell the bathroom because it does't have any closing door. The room was LEAKING everwhere! So disgusting. Let's say it's very cheap, but we as guests don't deserve this. Not to mention the ridiculous 10am check out

They cancelled it on the day of our arrival due to lost keys. They could have done something about it as soon as possible since it's only a door lock. They cause us many problems since we need to find a new place to stay. NOT RECOMMENDED.

They could have solved the problem easily.

The location is accessible and convenient to any establishment. Budget accommodation.

The bathroom needs improvement as it has an unpleasant smell. No staff will assist with the guests' needs and inquiries.

It’s convenient location, which was very near to every possible establishment in General Luna

Things that can further be improved: - Toilet could have had a seat and cover - Water pressure could somehow be improved as it takes quite some time to fill a bucket - The ceiling has some leaks - Hopefully there will be at least 2 blankets of the same color/quality to be provided - To cater possible early check in request should the room be vacant already. -

Good location to restaurants and shops. We appreciated the hosts checking in on us to see if we needed anything mid stay

It is truely budget accomodation. We wouldn’t recommend for longer stays. We were here for six days and would’ve preferred something more comfortable. Would also be great if the toilet seat was on like the images, made it super uncomfortable for my girlfriend especially when the shower is over the toilet making it constantly wet :(
