Very responsive staff. Our flight got delayed and we can make necessary adjustment immediately. Clean and spacious room, comfy beds, and good shower.

Location is a bit outside city center, no mini market around.

位置特别好。距离阿拜剧院步行十几分钟。每天看演出也不担心结束很晚，可以走回来。路过Magnum还可以买些吃的。附近还有coffeeboom和travel's coffee。可以看到koktobe电视塔，所以也很近。 长住那里的中国留学生和土耳其爷爷很可爱。土耳其爷爷还请我们吃了他做得甜点。非常感谢。虽然他不太说话但能感觉到他内心很有爱。 谢谢那里的留学生小赛，他告诉我如何在Instagram上看剧院的演出信息，还特别热心的给予帮助，第一天我在煮饺子的时候他还问需不需要醋。啊真的太好了。我看他还会帮助其他人。非常温暖的男孩子。祝愿那里可爱的人们都一切顺利。🫶

印度大哥们清早做饭不关门，说话打电话丝毫不顾及他人。晚上呼噜震天响。啊。我们也是很无奈。土耳其爷爷有一天清晨被吵醒实在忍不住出去提醒了那个哥们，结果那大叔又跑到楼道叽里呱啦好久，窗户就对着房间。笑死。怎么说呢。住青旅还是要多顾及一下周围人的感受。最起码不要影响他人休息。

The atmosphere in the hostel is amazing. There is always people coming and going, but there is also a group of longstayers. I loved those guys, they were fun and open and I quickly made friends. The location is also perfect. It is close to many sightseeing spots such as Kok-Tobe and the Green Bazar. Accomodation is great too. It has a big living room/kitchen where you can socialize and cook. There are enough bathrooms and you can wash your clothes for pretty cheap. Overall a great place for socializing, relaxing and a great location!

The house cat doesn't always go to the toilet in the right place lol.

Good location in walking distance to the center, calm area at night, nice big garden/yard, easygoing staff

Room was too cold and it was not possible to heat it up (mid of April), blanket was a little bit thin, room was not ready upon arrival at night but bed still had to be made
