Location, cleanliness, value

Hot water had issues. I had to leave it running for 10-15 mins to get warm but still not hot.

I liked everything. Perfect locarion, perfect house. I will come back for sure.

Not enough space in the bathroom.

The house was spotless clean and comfortable, the position was also really good as it is One minute walking from the Old town, and less than five from a Carrefour supermarket, one minute away there is also a very nice traditional Romanian restaurant, and the famous "Caru cu bere" it's like 10minute walking from there. Communication with the host was perfect, easy self check in.

Despite the central position and being very close to a police station, at night it's like a junkie jungle. Homeless, alcoholic and drugs users are everywhere(found 3 of them smoking crack outside the main gate at 3pm) around the area, and the building itself it's not in the best condition, it's quite creepy at night I must say, and the lift feels like it's gonna fall anytime. The shower takes around 10minute to get hot water and once you're in it splashes everywhere because of it's design.

Excellent location. Very nice apartment, new design and very friendly staff.

The hot water for the shower was taking too long to come. More than 15 minutes to run hot water.
