I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent check-in experience. I had a confirmed booking at Raj Nest Service Apartment, specifically selecting a room with a coffee maker and kettle facility, which was particularly important to me due to a recent eye operation. Upon arrival, I was informed that Raj Nest Service Apartment was fully booked and was subsequently directed to Raj Pear Apartment, with the assurance that I would receive a room with the same cost and facilities. However, I was disappointed to find that the room at Raj Pear Apartment does not include a coffee maker or kettle. This discrepancy is a significant inconvenience, especially given my medical condition and my specific requirement for these amenities. I kindly request a resolution to this issue. I would appreciate it if you could either provide the promised facilities at Raj Pear Apartment or offer an alternative solution that meets the terms of my original booking

They are not providing drinking water. Very old Ac. TV not working. Poor facilities.Zero recommendation.

When I went there at 12 noon for check in, they informed me that the place will be available only after 3 pm. Then they offered me a small room in Raajpearl, at a different location which they said belong to them. That room had only a queen size room. No dust bin, one dirty towel, no drinking water and no other facility as promised in the booking. Com website ( washing machine, ironing facility, hot water kettle, cloth hanger, table, chair, etc.) Certainly not worth the money. Inside a gully that was slippery and not adequate light, no ventilation. I will never go back there. Request booking. Com to verify facilities and amenities before posting such properties. Though I had to pay the full amount (Rs. 3000+taxes) and collected the key, I did not stay there. Disappointing experience.
