I can't think of one thing.

The location. It wasn't near anything. There were roaches running around. The headboard in the front bedroom wasn't attached to anything, so it it made noise when you moved. The lights flickered on and off like strob lights! in the front bedroom & kitchen. The windows shook during a breeze. The location was noisy. Steps were precarious-uneven. Plaster chipping from wall. We were disappointed from the beginning. Very uninviting. Only stayed 1 night and booked a wonderful place in town. Tried to get a partial refund, but the proprietor said no! This place has no business being on booking.com. it's bringing down your reputation...
