Extremely bad location at the end of the lane. There is no proper ramp built for the cars to slope down to reach the hotel. LIST OF DISLIKES - 1)The room door locks JUST DOESN'T WORK 2) There is no towel or clothes hanging rack in the bathroom. They got it fixed on the last day of my stay. 3)The staff will give you random room as per availablity saying that this is the only option available. 4)They take advance payment in their personal account so that you cannot ask for refund on seeing the property and rooms. 5) DON'T GET DUPED BY THE PICTURES ON ANY OF THE BOOKING SITES. ITS NOT EVEN 1% OF WHAT YOU SEE. TOTAL FAKE AND PHOTOSHOPPED PICTURE HAI HOTEL KA. 6) The restaurant food is extremely sub standard and tasteless. 7) The staff is ABSOLUTELY ARROGANT AND DISINTERESTED. THEY ARE MERELY WORKING THERE FOR THEIR SALARY. THE MAIN HOTEL MANAGEMENT IS making money sitting somewhere else not knowing the actual condition of this property. 8) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY....STAY IN A DHARAMSHALA OR LOCAL LODGE....you ll save money and stress both!! .

Everything about the property was amazing. Right from the room, the bathroom the food the cafeteria is amazing. Location is quite peaceful and market and Ganga ghat is easily accessible on 5 minute walk. Enjoyed with stay with family here. Totally recommend.

The view from the room was great. Room was clean. Property manager Harsh was well behaved and courteous.

Rooftop dining/restaurant area was quite untidy when we went there, so we were hesitant about our meals.
