DO NOT STAY HERE. I checked in and the room was very smelly. Bedsheets were not cleaned. Very smelly. They recycled the sheets from previous stay. Toilet was very wet and Hair on the toilet floors. When I called the host, she said it was too late to call her and she hung up on me. She refused to answer my calls after that. I decided to check out right away and did not stay there for 2 nights as planned. She did not refund me any money and took all my money. Her pictures are all posted nicely to scam people but in real life, the cleanliness is horrible. She called me rich & arrogant and that I should not find places like theirs to stay at. Horrible customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE

Langsir, cadar, tuala mandi perlu dibasuh bersih...mesti cuci setiap kali HS telah diduduki.. Lantai perlu disapu dan dimop serta sentiasa bersedia kunjungan tetamu yg telah booking untuk masuk walau apa pun alasannya.. Sofa yang dah usang tidak perlu diletakkan lagi di dlm HS.. Keadaan rumah yang x berbau wangi.. Bau kepam.. Owner perlu selalu spotcheck keadaan HS.. Semoga HS ini menerima teguran dan pandangan pelanggan....Terima kasih dan Semoga terus memberi perkhidmatan yang jujur dan terbaik.

MYMYNOTHING except for the location.
It was the most dirtiest place I’ve been. The host isn’t accommodating at all. Let me start from beginning. The place we book was for four people but they only give two towels. When I asked why they said “you already book the place for discounted rate and we can’t afford for a cleaning service”. Second before we got our keys, they send me message saying most of the lights are not functioning in the house and unable to fixed it due to the deepavali holiday. I’m sure those lights didn’t went off on Deepavali. On top of that, the sofa was so bad in condition. The rooms are not clean, dirty, dusty and the hall is not clean at all. Additionally the microwave; is not usable at all because it was rusty and soooo dirty. Even the utensils was sooo dirty. Anyone who is planning to stay here, please please cancel and find another location.
MYMYThis homestay not honest at all，want scame deposit，no want return back，because a funny reason，they mentioned we smoking in the homestay…But my father have lungs cancer and ours house have a 4yo baby，how can we smoking？ The worker take a photo outside the window then blame we smoking in the house，I can‘t believe about it！If we smoke in the house，why we too studip want to leave the proof？ Once again，my father have LUNGS CANCER，still can smoke？Your homestay got ghost？
And also I already feed back to the customer service，the pillows inside very smelly，we totally can‘t sleep because of the smell…but they just said：we feed back to the owner，no change clean pillows to us also very very very unresponsive
