Property is near to malls and the beach. The receptionist is super friendly.

There was an alcohol smell in my room ( on the carpet ), advice is to deep clean the carpets, also there was someone coughing in the house the whole night which was really loud and annoying. The fact that the bathroom is communal isn't nice but okay.

Great place in a great location. Close to all amenities and transport. Very friendly staff. As to the guest who left a bad review, it is utterly false. She is the one who caused a disturbance and made racial remakes towards the other guests in a shared space. She had absolutely no respect for us. She was drinking in the room and the room smelled like a brewery. She shone the phone like at us other guests throughout the night. I salute the manager for calling the security to handle this unruly guest and returned the peace and quiet in the dorm room. It's always guilty that cry wolf.

It’s a safe shared accommodation,clean with no noise.And it’s a good place for a female to share a space with other people from different backgrounds and not be uncomfortable.

Nothing. They assaulted me, stole my belongings. The worst place imaginable. My booking was made, paid for and absolute mayhem. I didn't sleep there, they stole my money. Undignified, horrible people. Violent.

I was assaulted by the staff and guests. My luggage was stolen by the staff and guests whilst I was out. I didn't sleep there. I am awaiting feedback on when I am receiving my refund. What a horrible experience. My luggage was thrown out on the streets. I am a Lady and this was UNACCEPTABLE. I have photos and recordings. This whilst they tried to stop me from recordings and grabbed my mobile, the screen shattered and they broke the cable. This cost me Uber costs and paying at another hostel.
