It’s extremely clean. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen is full of everything you might need. I used their office during my stay and they offer great connection. I consider is my home away home in Boston.

Street parking is tough but it’s Boston very packed high traffic city

The staff was friendly, even baking cookies. The bathroom and everything else was very clean and tidy, and I liked the rule to leave shoes at the entrance. The kitchen is well equipped.

The shower head was pretty bad, providing very little water. The location could have been better, but certainly this is the reason for the good price. The matress was a little soft.

I don’t like anything about this property. It locates far away from key attractions. It looks very old and out of fashion.

I didn’t know I would be placed to stay in third floor which is very high and far distance when you have to walk in a narrow and twisted staircase. My mom with some disabilities can’t do this staircase. The property sent out disclosure message and force me to sign acknowledgment. The third floor is actually an attic that was used as Airbnb. The greedy owner of course tries to maximize proceeds, hence, the renter suffers. The room was little tiny like it was used by Seven Dwarfs. The ceiling is so low that my 6”5’ tall husband felt like he was about to hit the ceiling. The floor made too loud noise even when you try your best to tip toe. The bathroom is the worse of the worse. I don’t know how people can even design that bathroom, Genius! I can’t take a shower in that little tiny bathroom with the low ceiling that your head might hit it. Someone was cooking in the kitchen and it smells so bad. I complained to the manager and she said it’s kitchen for everyone. lol, yes it’s kitchen for everybody but doesn’t mean you can cook whatever you want because some guests may be allergic. You have to take your shoes off when you walk inside the house. The surrounding area doesn’t look safe. We toured the house then decided to leave without staying because we want to stay alive walking out. We booked the new hotel the same day. We will not recommend this place to even our enemy and will not come back. Keep the money Greedy Landlord!
