Charming Historical Cottage

We loved absolutely everything about this beyond charming cottage! All the extra touches...mohair blankets, hot water bottles, electric blankets, generous toiletries as well as morning delights (decent filter coffee!)...the list goes on! Did I mention how beautiful (and clean) all the rooms are! The cottage is well situated close to all amenities too (lovely to be able to walk to the restaurants).

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that we could only stay for one night! Will have to return!

No off street parking

The hosts kindness was overwhelming. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort and well being.

The entire experience was elevating. Beautifully styled. The kitchen allowed us to bake scones in the morning. A warm fireplace, mohair blankets, brass taps, beautiful fabrics - these people know how to craft luxury. We were sorry that we booked only one night. We could easily imagine ourselves spending a week unwinding, painting in the courtyard (which was an extra great surprise), cooking, reading, walking, and coming back to it's understated grandeur after day trips.

Parking space in the street could be problematic

Very impressive lodgings. I walked on yellowwood floors a few times my age.

Offsite parking, unsecured. Fortunately there were no incident.

The place is well sistuated close to amneties and schools.
