Seminario Classic Apartment

Szuper elhelyezkedés, a város szívében. A reptéri busz a közelben áll meg, a kirándulások a felvonótól indulnak, ami szintén pár percre van. A háló ablak nélküli, a teljes sötétség és a hihetetlen csend miatt kiválóan jól aludtam. A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész. A bejutás egyszerű, boxban elhelyezett kulccsal. Tíz napot töltöttem el itt, szívesen maradtam volna még.

Hajjsszárító és ruhaszárító hiányzott kicsit, de lehet, hogy csak én nem találtam.

The apartment is in an excellent location, right next to a large shopping mall and within a five-minute walk of many major attractions in every direction. I really appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment, as well as the ability to cook meals and do laundry, which made the stay much more comfortable. Communication with the host was also great. They were responsive and helpful throughout the stay. It was also a very nice touch to find a bottle of water and some delicious local cookies waiting for us as a welcome gift. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture.

I would like to mention a few things that could be improved, in the hope that future guests will have an even better experience. The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and has no windows. As a result, it felt quite humid and stuffy, even with the air purifier running. The shower doors in the bathroom did not close properly, which made using the shower less convenient. The kitchen was generally well equipped, but it was missing some basic items that are useful when cooking, such as aluminum foil and baking paper. The washing machine did not seem to work properly. The Wi-Fi signal was also weak in the bedroom, so I often had to watch videos in the living room instead. In addition, it was not clear which router/network should be used, and I had to contact the host for clarification. Finally, while the apartment appeared clean at first glance, a closer look revealed some cleanliness issues. For example, some cutlery and kitchen utensils were not thoroughly cleaned, and most concerning was the presence of mold on some of the plates. I hope the hosts will take these comments into consideration, as addressing these issues would make the apartment much more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.

Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist unschlagbar: Mitten im Zentrum, ein großer Supermarkt 30 sec. entfernt, weitere Märkte auch nur 2-5 min. entfernt; öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Treffpunkte für Gruppen fußläufig in 5-10 min. erreichbar; der Strand 7 min. entfernt; Parkhäuser für Mietwagen entweder am Supermarkt oder fußläufig 7 min. entfernt. Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat einen sehr geräumigen Kühlschrank für viele Lebensmittel. Ganz toll: Es hat sich jemand die Arbeit gemacht, um alle wichtigen Instruktionen, Bedienungsanleitungen und Telefonnummern in einer Mappe zusammenzufassen! Zur Begrüßung standen Wasserflaschen, Obst und typisches madeirenser Gebäck auf dem Tisch, was ich wirklich toll fand!

Der Ehrlichkeit und Vollständigkeit halber muss ich leider auch hierzu Angaben machen: Erst am Tag meiner geplanten Ankunft erfuhr ich von Umbaumaßnahmen, die das Schlafzimmer betrafen: Deshalb stand das Doppelbett im Wohnzimmer, weshalb ich das Wohnzimmer als solches kaum nutzen konnte und das Schlafzimmer nur dazu diente, meine Kleider im Schrank zu deponieren. Ich muss leider davon ausgehen, dass die Maßnahmen schon länger durchgeführt wurden. Mein Vorwurf ist, dass ich darüber erst sehr spät informiert wurde, dass ich keine Chance hatte, eine Entscheidung zu treffen, ob ich die Wohnung so mieten würde oder nicht, dass man mir die Wohnung also nicht wie auf den Bildern dargestellt vermietet hat. Man bot mir aber auch keine Mietminderung an, sah es als selbstverständlich an, dass ich als urlaubsreife Touristin mit Wunsch nach Ruhe und Entspannung das schon so hinnehmen würde. An einem Tag musste man (während meiner Abwesenheit) ein Loch in die Decke bohren. Das hatte zur Folge, dass ich an dem Tag sämtliche Wertgegenstände mit mir herumtragen musste. Der Fairness halber muss ich sagen, dass es nach dem Bohren KEINEN Baustaub in der Wohnung gab. Alles war blitzblank! Leider war der Abzug im Bad so laut, dass ich das Bad nachts im Dunkeln aufsuchte, um keine Nachbarn zu wecken. Schade, ich hätte gern mehr Punkte vergeben, aber dazu hätte es einer besseren Transparenz, Empathie und Entgegenkommen bedurft.

Lokacija izven turističnega vrveža. Zajtrkovalnica-bistro ob vhodu v nastanitev. Bližina trgovine s hrano. Ter ne nazadnje dobra lokacija za obisk mesta.

Spalnica brez oken, skrita za kopalnico, kuhinjo in dnevno sobo in zaradi tega zatohel zrak. Zelo glasen ventilator v WC, ki bi zbudil še mrtve. Prehod med kuhinjo proti WC in spalnici je tako nizek tako da se je potrebno skloniti. Plastičnie rože. Slabo pomita posoda oziroma ne pomiti kozarci. Umazan raztegljiv del mize, Tudi zofa bi izgledala bolje po poštenem čiščenju. WiFi ne deluje v spalnici ampak samo v dnevni sobi.

Very clean, close to all the attractions and bus stops. You can cook and prep your own meal to save on eating out. Very close to the shops as well.

Дуже зручне розташування, квартира знаходиться в самому центрі Фуншалу, поруч супермаркети, ресторани, автобусні зупинки, ринок, в квартирі чисто, є все необхідне для проживання і приготування їжі. Привітний господар, який завжди на звязку). Однозначно рекомендую для комфортного відпочинку!)
