Continental Hotel Samarkand

Everything was perfect. There was a car waiting me in airport despite one-our delay of my flight arrival. The room was very clean with windows towards the walking alley beyond the high trees populated with various birds, mostly Afghan starlings, but at sunset quails could also be heard. The breakfast was wnderful with very rich choice of the dishes, from oat meal to horse sausage. The hotel has ideal touristic position - only 20 minutes walk to Registan via all valuable places of Samarkand, like Gur Amir and others. I'd especially like to mention the very friendly staff upon check-in. And, of course, access to the sauna and hammam from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Its very nice hotel in Samarkand. Staff was very nice and friendly, room big and comfy. Hotel has nice sauna, small pool and little gym. I would definitely recommend to everyone visiting Samarkand.

Gym was rather small and not much things for work out there.

Немного устаревший отель, уставшие номера. На фото выглядит лучше, чем вживую. Но мы приезжали на 1 ночь, поэтому нам вполне подошел этот вариант. Чистая кровать, горячая вода и питьевая вода в бутылочках были - и хорошо! Завтраки тоже вполне вкусные!

Everything was fine. Spacious rooms, decent interior, comfortable beds and good bathroom.
