Cottonwood Guesthouse Oasis

Anton the Host was very friendly and accommodating, it was very close to the spar and other restaurants. The bed was super comfortable the air conditioning was a god send. Was a great stay, and there is a pool with braai facilities.

the only thing i can mention is that some of the plugs in the room didnt work.

The place is basically unattended. Hard to get help. No one at reception. Even other guests were complaining about unavailability of the owner or admin. Definitely not going back again.

The room was very clean and smelled amazing. The stuff was extremely helpful and sweet. A 10/10 experience. If you’re looking for something cozy, warm and homely, I highly recommend this place!

I am not usually one to leave a negative review but when we arrived at the property no one was there to let us in. We had driven for 7 hours and were tired but called , hooted and emailed for 20 minutes before someone finally answered the phone and then made their way to the property from somewhere else. We were let in but no accommodation was ready for us . We were sent to one room and then moved to another after we had begun to settle in. This property was booked because we really wanted to have a gym to use. The gym is there but very very rough. The treadmill is a death trap held up by stones so I needed to run on the road instead and the equipment was rough and clearly not used or taken care of well as shown by the layers of dust and dirt on everything. The manager/owner was in and out at all hours and parked his car right in front of our door. We were woken up multiple times. He was nice but…..
